HubSpot CRM Implementation + ManagementLindsey + Justin have co-led multiple technology projects, including a HubSpot migration for the largest digital marketing agency in North America. The project required cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, operations, technology, reporting, and leadership teams (encompassing more than 800 users/seats), with a focus on preserving business continuity while modernizing the systems our customer-facing teams rely on every day.
The project included overseeing data migration, historical data backfill, custom development requirements, workflow design, user education, change management, internal documentation, and post-launch adoption. They partnered closely with technical teams to ensure the platform supported real-world sales processes, while also creating training materials, rollout plans, and support channels to help users successfully transition into the new CRM.
The implementation significantly improved visibility, scalability, reporting access, and operational efficiency across the organization. By moving the business into HubSpot, we created a more flexible foundation for sales enablement, marketing operations, lead management, automation, and future systems development. This project became a major milestone in modernizing the company’s revenue operations infrastructure and positioning the organization for continued growth.
